Not all players are treated equally at rg99. Join our VIP program and experience the difference firsthand — from personalised bonuses to a dedicated account manager ready to assist you anytime.
Each VIP tier at rg99 offers different benefits. The higher your tier, the greater the privileges you enjoy. Upgrades happen automatically based on your gaming activity.
Many players new to online entertainment platforms often wonder — is a VIP programme just a label with no real benefits? At rg99, the answer is no. The rg99 VIP programme is built with one clear goal: to genuinely reward loyal players who continue to support the platform day after day.
Unlike some other platforms that offer VIP programs purely as a marketing campaign, rg99 has built a transparent membership tier system grounded in real player activity. Every ringgit you deposit and every game you play earns loyalty points that can take you to higher tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and ultimately Diamond.
What makes the rg99 VIP program stand out is its fully automatic upgrade process. You do not need to fill out lengthy application forms or wait for manual approval from any department. The rg99 system tracks your activity in real time and updates your VIP membership tier instantly once requirements are met. This means your VIP benefits are available to use very shortly after you reach a new tier.
One of the most talked-about aspects among rg99 VIP members is the weekly cashback. Unlike standard deposit bonuses that require you to deposit fresh funds, rg99 VIP cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the week. This means that even if it wasn't your best week, rg99 still returns a portion of your losses to your account — a gesture of appreciation that genuinely means something.
For Platinum and Diamond members, the most valued privilege is access to a personal account manager. This is not just a regular customer service number — your personal manager is an individual who understands your gaming habits, proactively reaches out with tailored offers, and ensures every experience you have at rg99 runs smoothly without any obstacles.
The rg99 VIP programme is designed for players of all levels. You don't need to be a high roller to start enjoying VIP benefits. With a minimum deposit of RM500 for Silver membership, any consistent player can begin accessing privileges that were once reserved exclusively for high-tier players.
* Tier is calculated based on your total cumulative monthly deposits at rg99.
Rg99's VIP program benefits are designed to deliver real value to loyal players — not just numbers on paper.
Rg99 VIP members receive automatic weekly cashback based on net losses. Rates start from 3% for Silver up to 30% for Diamond members — credited every Monday with no manual claims required.
Platinum and Diamond members receive access to a dedicated account manager assigned specifically to them. Your manager understands your needs, reaches out with relevant offers, and ensures all issues are resolved promptly.
Unlike standard bonuses, rg99 VIP deposit bonuses are significantly higher. Gold members enjoy a 40% bonus, Platinum up to 60%, while Diamond members are eligible for up to a 100% deposit bonus on every qualifying deposit.
Rg99 VIP members enjoy withdrawal limits far exceeding those of regular members. Diamond members can withdraw up to RM500,000 per day, ensuring your big wins can be cashed out easily and without unnecessary obstacles.
Rg99 never forgets your special day. Gold members and above receive an exclusive birthday gift every year — whether in the form of game credits, free bonuses, or a physical gift for selected Diamond members.
Withdrawal requests from rg99 VIP members are prioritised in the processing queue. Platinum and Diamond members enjoy withdrawals processed in under 15 minutes, compared to the standard timeframe for regular members.
No more waiting in the regular support queue. rg99 VIP members are served through a dedicated priority support channel, with faster response times and more experienced staff to handle any issues.
Platinum and Diamond members are eligible for invitations to exclusive rg99 events — including cash prize competitions, VIP appreciation galas, and private entertainment events not open to the public.
Rg99 VIP accounts are protected with additional security layers, including personal verification, instant notifications for every account activity, and dedicated monitoring to keep your account safe from any external threats at all times.

One thing that sets rg99 apart from other platforms in the industry is how they ensure every VIP member truly feels valued — not just through numbers and percentages, but through experiences that make a real difference in everyday life.
Take the weekly cashback credited every Monday as an example. Many rg99 VIP members say that knowing a credit will appear in their account each week — without any application or proof required — gives them an invaluable peace of mind. This is a stark contrast to one-time promotions that come with extensive conditions to fulfil.
For players who prioritise privacy and efficiency, the personal account manager provided to rg99 Platinum and Diamond members is a luxury hard to match. Imagine having someone who understands your gaming habits and can be reached directly without explaining your issue from scratch every time — that is exactly what rg99 offers its top-tier VIP members.
Higher withdrawal limits are a crucial factor that new players often overlook. When you land a big win, the last thing you want is a low withdrawal cap forcing you to wait days to cash out. With the rg99 VIP programme, that is never an issue — especially for Diamond members, who can withdraw up to RM500,000 per day.
Another aspect frequently praised by rg99 VIP members is the transparency of the points and upgrade system. All information about your progress towards the next VIP tier is available in your account dashboard at any time. No unpleasant surprises, no hidden conditions — just clear and predictable progress.
"I've played on many platforms, but the VIP experience at rg99 is on another level. Weekly cashback lands automatically every Monday with nothing to claim. My personal manager understands what I need and is always there when I need them. Thank you rg99!"
"rg99's Diamond withdrawal limit is truly the best in the industry. When you win big, there's no need to worry about cashing out. Fast processing, responsive personal support, and a 100% deposit bonus — rg99 is hands down my top choice."
"rg99's Gold VIP program is great value for a player like me. The 40% deposit bonus and 8% weekly cashback really feel worthwhile. Last year's birthday gift even caught me by surprise — rg99 truly remembers its members."
