Logging in to your rg99 account is a simple, fast and secure process. Whether you are playing via a web browser on your computer or using the rg99 mobile app, the login experience is designed to be as smooth as possible so you can skip the wait and jump straight into your favourite games.
The rg99 platform has been trusted by hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia since it launched. Our security infrastructure runs on 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading banking institutions — ensuring every login and transaction you make is fully protected against external threats.
Logging in to rg99 takes just a few simple steps. First, make sure you use the username or phone number registered when you created your account. Then enter your password and click the Login button — and you'll be inside the platform in under 5 seconds.
If you are using a personal device and do not want to enter your password every time, you can use the "Remember Me" feature to securely save your login details on that device. However, we do not recommend this feature on shared devices.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You will receive recovery instructions via your registered phone number or email. The recovery process usually completes within 2 to 5 minutes. If you are still having trouble, the rg99 support team operating 24 hours a day is ready to assist you via Live Chat or Telegram.
The fastest way to log in to rg99 is through the official mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices. The app is lightweight, responsive and optimised for mobile data connections in Malaysia. You can also use biometric recognition such as fingerprint or face recognition (depending on your device) to log in faster and more securely.
Your account security is a shared responsibility. rg99 recommends using a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including support staff — the rg99 team will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an even stronger additional layer of security.
Follow these simple steps to log in to your rg99 account in just a few seconds.

Rg99 invests in best-in-class security infrastructure to ensure every login you make is secure and fully protected.
Every login session is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by Malaysia's major banks. Your data cannot be accessed by any third party.
Enable 2FA to add a second layer of security to your account. Every login attempt will require verification via SMS OTP before access is granted.
The rg99 system continuously monitors login activity. Any login attempt from a new location or unrecognised device will instantly trigger a notification to you.
Your password is stored in hashed form that cannot be decrypted, meaning even rg99 staff cannot view your original password — your security is guaranteed.
Your session will be automatically ended after a set period of inactivity. This feature protects your account in case you forget to log out on a shared device.
The rg99 KYC process ensures that only verified account owners can make withdrawals, protecting your funds from any unauthorised access attempts.
Hundreds of games, exclusive promotions, and fast withdrawals await you. Login in 5 seconds — safe and trusted.
