Rg99 is more than just an ordinary gaming platform. We are built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best online entertainment experience to every player in Malaysia.
Rg99 is an online entertainment platform built specifically to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. Since we began operations, we have placed player safety, game fairness, and user satisfaction as the three core pillars underlying every decision we make.
We understand that Malaysian players want more than just a large game selection. They want a platform they can trust — where deposits arrive quickly, withdrawals are processed without hassle, and when issues arise, there is a real person available to help. That is the value we have upheld since day one of rg99.
The team behind rg99 consists of individuals who truly understand the online entertainment industry in depth — not just from a technical perspective, but also from the player experience angle. We started small, learned from our members' feedback, and have continually improved this platform over time to keep it relevant and competitive.
Today, rg99 offers over 500 games from leading international providers, seamlessly integrated and easy payment methods, and a user-friendly interface on both desktop and smartphone. All of this comes in one secure, transparent ecosystem that is easily accessible to anyone across Malaysia.
We do not stop there. The rg99 development roadmap continues to grow — with new game additions, more engaging promotional campaigns, and an increasingly comprehensive VIP program. Our goal is to become Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform, and we work toward that every single day.
At rg99, we believe the relationship between a platform and its players is more than just transactions. It is trust built over time — and we safeguard that trust wholeheartedly.
Six key reasons why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players trust rg99 as their online entertainment platform of choice.

On game fairness, rg99 only partners with providers that use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent international bodies. This means every slot spin and every game outcome is authentic and cannot be manipulated by any party, including our own platform.
We are also serious about promoting responsible gaming among rg99 members. We provide betting limit management tools, self-exclusion options, and links to professional support resources for anyone who needs them. Entertainment should be a source of joy, not stress.
All bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, and platform policies are stated clearly. No hidden fees, no surprise requirements.
RNG certified, RTP displayed for every game, and game outcomes cannot be altered by any party.
Every product decision we make is guided by real player feedback. You are not just a number in the system — you are the reason we exist.
